Wife discharged from hospital and script given to Kittyhawk Pharmacy. They acknowledged they received it around 1100 hours. At 1710 wife gets a text they can not fulfill script because they do not have the medication. Now we have to call the doctor at the hospital to write another script for CVS on FM 78. Meanwhile this important pain medication was suppose to be started this afternoon. I attempted to call the Pharmacist or the store manager to complain but unable to get anyone to answer the phone. This is the forth time this has happened. What kind of Pharmacy is this? If I could give them negative stars I would. ~Frederick
