The clerk, Billy, immediately came up on me, yelling and aggressively trying to insight an argument. Store mgr was called n actually asked me to hurry up n leave so district mgr would not find out about problem w her clerk. I am insulted and angered. ~Kimberly

Terri waited on us as we were passing through Dumas from Pampa, and she has waited on us before. She is extremely friendly and offered to help us find what we were looking for. That is very unusual! As we exited, she told us to be careful. She's an asset to the business. The store was clean and so was the restroom. We were impressed both times we stopped there! ~Melissa

Waited 30 minutes to speak with someone about my debit card not working. If I wasn't working I would just go in, but I don't have that option. No one should have to wait 30 minutes to speak with someone. I can call Texan Sky and get someone immediately! Ridiculous! ~Jeramie
