The ladies Ann and Machelle are amazing! But charging me 489 dollars for a simple return is my issue! Why so expensive? If I would have known it would cost that much I would have done them myself. Needless to say, will not use h&r block again. Not because of the people there but because of the price! Update! Called to dispute the price and was supposed to receive a call back from a manager and never received the call!!

Machelle was AMAZING!!! I had a horrible experience last year by doing one of those online do it yourself tax programs and I am STILL fighting with that....
