Kurt is a great pharmacist, reminds me of how times use to be. Today things are so complicated and difficult that we get angry before we find a solution. Everyone needs to be more patient with people who are trying to help, and realize they have a job just like most of us.

The point of an appointment is to ensure parties meet at an agreed time so neither party is left waiting. Appointment at 4pm for a vaccine and left waiting until nearly 5pm and still haven't been seen after checking on time. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and rude. Do better, be better...
