Ordered 3 pizzas online three hours ahead of time to be picked up. I walked in 2 minutes after the scheduled time, and pizzas aren’t ready and there is a single customer in the store already waiting. They hadn’t even started the scheduled ordered and took an ADDITIONAL 18 minutes AND messed up and had to redo a pizza. The only benefit of online ordering is we skipped needing to pay at pick up; but we could have left, seen a movie, walk the dog AND write a novel by the time they finished AN ORDER THAT WAS SUBMITTED 3 HRS EARLIER TO AVOID THE VERY THING THAT OCCURRED! If I were the Franchise owner, I’d clean house and try to salvage what’s left then continue to allow the Papa Murphy’s name leave anyone who orders from this store with a bad taste in their mouth, literally.

We normally get Papa Murphy's in Magna. The Service there is always friendly and prompt. The pizzas always absolutely delicious. We moved to Orem and tried the Center Street location out. Bad choice! The pepperoni was so thick on the pizza that the dough was saturated in grease. It did not taste good at all. And the service is just lacking. I am very dissatisfied and most likely won't return to this location in the future.

We love papa Murphy’s, this location has not disappointed. I see a lot of customers coming in with complaints because they accidentally order from the north Orem location and they show up there to pick up. They have a lot of hard working teens that have to deal with complaints I always feel bad watching them deal. My fave is the chicken bacon artichoke!!

I would give 0 stars if it let me. My husband picked up a pepperoni pizza. He was led to believe he could only order a family size. There’s an inch and a half of pepperoni on the pizza. Because there’s too much pepperoni the grease is utterly RIDICULOUS!!! I had to wipe my plate and my pizza off every 5 minutes! I will Never go back to that store again.

Here's the thing. We order pizza from here quite often, but it's really become a frustrating experience. Really, I think it's the staff. I get that it's a nice place for teenagers to work, but the management here just isn't good. A few months ago, I went in to one person who didn't know how to take my order. While we were standing there, two other employees meandered in, saying they'd been out on a walk. They took my order and made it poorly while the first employee was on their phone in the back. Today, we submitted an order an hour ahead of time. My husband arrived 15 minutes after our pickup time to no pizza, and a huge line. When someone finally asked him after 10 minutes if he'd been helped, another employee replied, "oh, his is the one I forgot to make." When he finally got our order, one pizza was made with only half the ingredients on it. Will we keep ordering from here? Yes, because it's good enough and easy enough for busy parents to get. Will I leave a tip? Never. Will I hope that this location falls under new management who can help teens learn to be reliable workers and stress quality control? Absolutely.

Their online ordering system is obviously not well integrated into their operations. I ordered a pizza at 1 PM and asked for a 5:15 delivery. I got there at 5:25 and they were completely swamped and had no clue when they would get to it. They only had two people working and the girl kept answering the phone just to tell people it would be an 1.5 hour wait upon which they would end the call. I am thinking girl business 101 you have 15 people stuff into this store waiting and stewing. Don't answer the dam phone get to work! Then and family member of ownership got their and helped these two kids figure out how to get stuff done. My pizza had not even been started and it was ordered at 1PM. Clearly the online ordering is not integrated into their system well. Fix your business and teach your kids how to handle pressure situations!

Ugggh, I hate leaving bad reviews! Customer service wasn’t good. After paying for a pizza, they gave me the wrong one. After politely letting them know I didn’t want the pizza, they wouldn’t make another one without me paying for it. It was a basic a cheese pizza. I did not wanna argue with them so I just paid for another pizza and decided to leave a review. I guess I will just find another Papa Murphy’s to go to or stick with Pizza Hut or dominoes or Pier 49.

My review is actually 3.5 stars. Overall, I think Papa Murphy's pizza is actually pretty good. Their dough needs more salt and a little more fat (butter or oil) tastes a little bit bland and like bread dough on its own. The stuffed pizzas are interesting, but more of a 3. The thin crust is fantastic, I'd give those 4-5 stars. I recommend to follow their instructions for baking and leave it on the cardboard pizza pan they give for about 7-10 minutes before removing it.

Service was quick and cooking the pizza was quite simple as well. It was very tasteful. I got the Mediterranean herb chicken. I'd definitely get it again!

I have been a Papa Murphys Loving Mom for as long as they have been in Ut County, until a few years ago. For years the standard was high, the toppings just right, and a fair price with a loyalty stamp card. They also put a coupon on top of each Pizza, for your next order. I am not cheap, but I appreciate value for money spent. Then the coupons were changed & not for the better. They did away with the loyalty cards. They started changing sizing & pricing of pizza. They even changed some of the recipes. The chain has made itself come off as miserly. Not, what you're looking for when you want pizza. It's just not fun & easy & clean, like at first. Our Family really likes a thin crust pizza & theirs is great ‼️ Since I cook it at home, I can get it exactly how crisp we like it. If not for that, I would probably not be a customer any longer.. The staff seams to get younger & younger, each time I go in. Team training is an issue. It's to bad because they have a few really good flavors, like the Thai Pizza, the Original Veggie Delite(which I can't seem to get anyone to make correctly anymore 🙁). The BBQ Chicken & meat lovers are great also.....BUT, the toppings barely cover the dough. Sad, really. If they continue with this Chain/Franchise style, they will put themselves out of business. Papa Murphys, PLEASE, step it back up‼️
