Best vegetarian restaurant in Orem, Utah (UT) 2024

Here's the thing. We order pizza from here quite often, but it's really become a frustrating experience. Really, I think it's the staff. I get that it's a nice place for teenagers to work, but the management here just isn't good. A few months ago, I went in to one person who didn't know how to take my order. While we were standing there, two other employees meandered in, saying they'd been out on a walk. They took my order and made it poorly while the first employee was on their phone in the back. Today, we submitted an order an hour ahead of time. My husband arrived 15 minutes after our pickup time to no pizza, and a huge line. When someone finally asked him after 10 minutes if he'd been helped, another employee replied, "oh, his is the one I forgot to make." When he finally got our order, one pizza was made with only half the ingredients on it. Will we keep ordering from here? Yes, because it's good enough and easy enough for busy parents to get. Will I leave a tip? Never. Will I hope that this location falls under new management who can help teens learn to be reliable workers and stress quality control? Absolutely. ~Amy
