I'm not sure what happened to customer service, but I called two stores because using the online option always gets it wrong, but neither store would pick up. If people want more money for doing a job, let's try getting ut right with the pay you have now.

I've always had a great experience whenever we decide on pizza for dinner. Walk in and out within 15min or less. Sometimes we wanna try something new on the menu. So we decided to try the online app to order in advance... Wow! So easy! Literally no need to bother anyone. Except for spices etc. Otherwise this was a good experience as well! The taste and prices still beat the competitions in my opinion. Finally, on the rare occasion that customer service is unable to resolve an issue on the spot waiting to speak with manager instead was best customer service experience. We were not only treated fairly but went above and beyond to ensure satisfactory guaranteed! That's what keeps me coming back as a loyal customer!

Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 - 5 Meat Feast was uneven in toppings but still pretty good! The crust was a little chewy and dry but the toppings were good Ambience: N/A - ordered food to go but the shop is brightly light and seemed clean Service: N/A - ordered online and picked up from the pizza portal Value for price: 4/5 - a little pricier at $14.06 after tax but worth it for the toppings craved

The pizza was decent for cheap pizza. We got a couple hot and ready pizzas so we were in and out in no time. The pizza was crispy on the bottom and cooked better than our local little Caesars that's way too busy all the time.

If Val is working, your pizza is going to be AMAZING! We customize our pizza over the phone (would use the app if it had options for light sauce and crazy style) and it is always perfect!! So delicious! Val and her crew deserves a raise; they make us repeat customers!

We tried using the Online order because we were getting a stuffed crust it was very fast for getting a fresh pizza but it still wasn't ready when i arived. The staff was a bit rude because i stared to go to the pick up machines and instead of a "hello how cam i help you" i got a " there arent any orders in there... did you order online....?" Other then that it was great using the no contact system they have that allows you to pull out your hot and ready pizza yourself! the pizza was very poorly cut you can see from the jaged edges on the pizza in the picture but we basically had to tear the pieces apart... flavor was good just what you expect from little ceasers that coupled with the bad initial service is why they lost a star on their review.

We would always go to this Little Caesars, but no more! We went in to get a deep dish, half pepperoni and half cheese. We know they raised their prices from $8.99 to $11.99, but after I bought the pizza, it was $14.99! Not advertised anywhere it would ring up to that! The lady was unhelpful and just said a manager wouldn’t be in for two days. I just got off the phone with the manager, after 2 days, and she told me that a “half” topping pizza is an extra $3. I confirmed- that I knew their basic pizza’s raised from $5 to $5.55, but if I got one simple pizza like that, half cheese half pepperoni, how much would it be? She said $8.55. This is not advertised, overpriced for quality of pizza, and customer service was terrible. That $3 and the communication displaying prices and working with customers just cost them all future business with me. Also I figure anyone that gains my experience.

Waited over an hour for my pizzas even though the app said they were ready. A young girl with blue hair was extremely rude when I asked how the portal worked since my qr-code wasn't recognized nor was the code I was sent. I wait half an hour since they were busy and I come back and ask her again and I was told if I can't wait then she will give me a refund and I could leave. Here's the kicker the pizzas were on the rack the whole time I was waiting and her excuse was that the other guy didn't know because he is new even though I told them my name. I hate this Little Caesars but it's close to work. You guys definitely need to stop hiring teenage kids to run your business or at least have management that could train them to do their job.

Ordered an ultimate supreme which costs $12 and all it came with was onions Green peppers and mushrooms that weren’t even cooked that were thrown on after the pizza was cooked. One of our other pizzas had slices from some other pizza added to it it wasn’t even a complete pizza. I don’t expect a lot from little Caesars but this is pretty bad.

I had a really good experience at this location, so I figured I would share. I called in to make an order and asked about specials. The person who helped me told me about ordering online and I could get a free drink. Why not..... Thank you. Tried to place my order online, but there was no editing or adding options, so I couldn't place my order online. Plus fyi..... the online ordering will not allow "pay upon pick up" options. You have to pay with a card through the app. I called back and explained my issues with the online ordering (wanted deep dish stuffed crust pizza and the buy 2 crazy bread discount). I was actually speaking to the manager, so he helped me and got me taken care of with everything I asked (Ryan, but spelled differently). Sorry I can't remember the spelling. The deep dish stuffed crust and the bread sticks are the only reason I go to Little Caesars. It is priced well and tastes great. I will contribute to go to this location and thank you for having such great management. It's a great change to see.
