Andres was the one who helped me with my phone line. He knew how to help me and it was super quick. He was helpful and nice and professional! Definitely have recommended this location to my friends.

(Andres) Metro pcs 152south state st.. again andres..terrible employee. claims to be the manager.lie Andres is his name..... lied about so many things about how i can get reimbursed (im angry now) said he would call the police .(ALLOW ME) .made me call the police tO get my money and still didn't get my money he said customer service will handle it customer service said that's A in store issue Andres is a theif and a crook .

I can say nothing more than glowing reviews. The representative who helped me set up the account was the kindest and so patient even for us keeping her after closing hours. She was 100% kind and very welcoming. I recommend this location if you have any issues, or even if you want to set up a plan.

They were AWESOME!! I was able to get a new line for exactly the budget i was working with. I was helped by Diego and his awesome wife, Olivia, in the Heber City office. Olivia helped get what i needed, and at the price that i was able to work with. I got a new phone case, and a screen saver with my new plan. Olivia picked out my phone cover, and it looks GREAT!! They have great deals, so check it out!! If it's Olivia, and Diego there, you will be in good hands!! Thanks again for helping to keep it at the amount i could work with--because sometimes, the struggle is too real. A little help can go a long way!!!! Thanks Olivia!!

This particular location unfortunately, really isn't willing to work to find the best deals for it's customers. They don't like to do returnees, even with a receipt. Come to think of it, this Metro PCS location just doesn't like working with or interested in keeping their customers either.

Great service! I decided to check out this location after feeling like another Metro location was trying to rip me off. I was right. This place was offering the same phones for a much cheaper price as well as not trying to force me into any kind of "special deals" that didn't seem so "special". Ivan worked with me and helped me pick out a phone and plan that actually felt right with my situation and no pressure to upgrade. No smoke and mirrors just good business.
