Best cell phone store in Orem, Utah (UT) 2024

If I could give no stars as a review, I would. We signed up for new phone service and traded our iphones in. When we did this Xfinity sent us a visa card with money on it. Knowing we were going to take a trip later this year we put that card away for that trip. In preparing for the trip we got the card out only to realize that it had expired. Xfinity would not replace the card. It was 900 dollars!!!. We are now in the process of changing services. Beware! Make sure you understand ALL the fine print. Terrible customer service!!!! ~Stacy

Andres was the one who helped me with my phone line. He knew how to help me and it was super quick. He was helpful and nice and professional! Definitely have recommended this location to my friends. ~marlene

I cannot overstate the positive experience I had here. A courteous, attentive, and EFFICIENT salesperson helped us. We were in and out with a new phone activated and ready to use in less than 15 minutes. That is about 1.5-2 hours faster than all previous experiences doing exactly the same transaction. Kudos to this employee who helped us. ~Jason
