I have shopped here and been a loyal customer ever since I have moved to Murfreesboro, about two years ago, but this one experience has blown my mind and for that- I have to drive all the way down to Fabrik in Franklin now. Here’s what happened- I bought a black romper to wear to an important dinner, which was the next day, the next day comes around and I am at dinner and the button that covers the chest area falls off. I now can’t be in pictures, and have to drive all the way back from Nashville after dinner because my chest area is out. I automatically message Fabrik on Instagram while I’m at dinner in hopes that they know this seriously just randomly happened and maybe could replace it for me, and even sent a picture (even though it was on final sale, I do think that this should not happen on a piece of clothing one hour into wearing it) and they reply saying they can’t do anything but they could try to replace the button if I go buy the button. Well I just decided to say forget it whatever. I go into Fabrik a few weeks later and I get approached by my DM on Instagram about 2-3 times during me trying to buy ANOTHER item from them to give it another chance. I do NOT bring up what happens to the romper at all, but for some reason the manager egged it on, as if he has a reason to be mad even though this happened to me, and made me feel SO uncomfortable in front of my friend. My friend and I walked out of the store in complete shock with how rude he was being. Saying stuff like that always happens and I could ask any place that this stuff always happens and they’ll never do anything for you when a button falls off. Not kidding, the whole time during check out he continues to talk about it like he’s angry that I sent a DM on Instagram. That ruined my whole experience, and I have never ever seen anything more unprofessional at a boutique in my life. The romper is still in my closet, button fell off, and waste of money.

Wow such a great store! Not only are the clothes adorable & trendy but the two people working there (Megan I think & another guy) were insanely helpful & just so absolutely nice! Was needing some business casual clothes & they pulled so many items & paired outfits. Great experience, everyone should go!
