The customer service here is always on point! Every associate is welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable! Frankly, my only interests in Lane Bryant are the underwear and an occasional pair of jeans. My five stars solely go to the employees! They are the absolute best! Now if only they can stop selling me stuff...🤔😂

The store is very clean and organized. They have tons of great deals, and the staff are wonderful. They always help find what looks good on me and are honest about what I should probably pass on. They're friendly about it all. This location is the best place. Today I had the most wonderful lady helping me pick out stuff. She helped order a bra that wasn't available in the store. She also let me know all of today's deals and made sure I got the best price. I love this store! I probably spend way too much money here, but it's worth every penny because I always leave feeling confident and fabulous!

The assistant manager, Morgan Roberts, was amazing. She turned my bad day into a great one. She was fantastic And helped me pick out and try on new things. 10/10! 7/5/22 - I had just had a bad experience at David's Bridal and this wonderful woman turned my frown upside down. She was everything I needed following my mother's death in customer service and understanding in my hesitations.

All my friends have been telling me to buy bras here for years, but I haven't. Well, I've just had enough with scratchy Ill fitting Walmart bras!!! I went into the Murfreesboro store this afternoon to look at bras. Rolanda approached me and asked if I needed assistance. Omg!!!! She made me feel like we were old friends. The store had a laid back friendly vibe and super sweet young ladies. I walked out happy and feeling pretty $271 for (4 bras and 2 tops) . ROLANDA, YOU ARE A SWEETHEART AND IN A WORLD, WHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALMOST DEAD, YOU ARE AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS! I will be back next payday lol THANK YOU LADIES!!!

So impressed. I took my wife. The employees were extremely helpful and enthusiastic about getting her sized properly. They set her up in a dressing room and brought many sizes and styles to test. She ended up buying four when we planned on buying one simply because of the information she learned and products tested. I highly recommend if you or a loved one wants a personalized experience buying undergarments.

The employees were no help to me when I ask about a certain type of bra she pointed to the wall. She never came and checked on me while I was in the dressing room. And the dressing room was a disappointment as well stuff on the mirror dust on the door carpet dirty and black.overall not the best shopping experience I have had at a lane bryant

I went in looking for a dress for a wedding and found the perfect one right off the bat. The manager kept telling me how great the dress looks on everyone and that it’s so beautiful on (she was 100% right by the way). Then we checked out with Ashleigh, and she just was the cherry on top of a great shopping trip. So kind, so friendly, talked to my kids, laughed with us, and just put me in the best mood! Her amazing personality and joy to be working with people deserves to be recognized.
