Signs don't make sense. Stack of folded shirts, sitting in front of a sign that says printed tshirts $4.99, so close it was touching the sign. Get to the register, $12.99??!

online and in the front door says they open at 10 am. there are atleast 4 employees inside and doors are locked. ive seen atleast 6 people try to go and the employees can see them and are straight up ignoring them.

They close the store before closing time! If they need employees..maybe h&m needs to raise what they’re offering as starting pay!

The fitting room still hasn’t opened which is disappointing because all other retail stores have opened theirs by this point. I think H&M is just trying to save on labor costs.

My son got a job there. People not friendly including managers. The hiring manager just stopped putting him on the schedule at all, no explanation. Very unprofessional.

I came in to find an outfit to wear to a gender reveal party and walked out with three bags full of clothes. I was asked if I needed help by two employees, I think one of them was named Nick? He was very helpful in showing me items and explained why the fitting rooms were closed (completely understandable) and about the return policy. The store was really clean and modern. Not sure about other reviewers, but everyone was wearing masks, super professional. Great store!

Changing my review because this after noon I felt like I was not welcomed. They seemed to want to rush everyone out ASAP so they can close. Customers should be top priority before other things(unless those customers are rude). They turned off the music rly early and closed the fitting room early. I just sat everything back down that I was questioning and only kept 1 item what I knew would work. When I went to check out I heard the 3 lady’s at checkout talking about a female co worker having Covid and how someone wants to hop in her mouth so they could get 2 weeks of free pay. I’m not sure why they couldn’t have waited for me to leave or for no one to be around before they were talking that way. Not good to have guests hear everything that’s going on behind doors.

Not a good shopping experience. Several employees blatantly not wearing masks and it made me very uncomfortable. The store has an announcement over the speaker system stating that everyone must wear a mask in the store, but I’m frustrated that this doesn’t seem to apply to the employees and that there are no repercussions for them. At the very least they could wear a face shield.
