Best grocery store in Galveston, Texas (TX) 2024

The Randall's in Galveston Texas on 50 something street makes me sick to think about it. I happened to visit the restroom on my first visit there. There is a sign right on the door that says "we have a comittment to clean restrooms". It was atrocious! I was in town for a weekend and stopped there and wish I had not. Then, a was with someone who just needed "one thing" the next day.... My goodness, it was even worse and an employee from the office across the hall was just coming out. PLEASE... Hit the Kroger on the Seawall instead! Feels like what a grocery should look and smell like. ~Michael

It's a hole in the wall but it's my hole in the wall it's where I go to get away from everyday life the people that go in and out of that place I call friends and the owner is all right too I guess LOL what's up AC ~Joey

Had lots of choices for drinks and such but good lord $10 for 2 drinks! $5 for 30oz water bottle that is USUALLY $1.89 and $4.70 for a 13oz Frappuccino that is USUALLY $2.39. Outrageous prices. ~Savannah

They have the worst policy for check cashing. Won't cash checks that are dated 2 days over. Really?? Just got a check in mail dated for 11 days ago but couldn't cash it. Ugh! ~Stacy
