Best bank in Grapevine, Texas (TX) 2024

I love Southside Bank! I just went through a terrible divorce and I've lost a lot of money. I'm a recovering drug addict. I've been sober 11 months Southside Bank gave me my second chance that I needed. I was greeted by the bank manager Monica and Monica introduced me to my banker Olivia. I've been so happy all week because I have new friends and a new bank! I recommend this bank if you're anything like me and you just want a second chance. They believe in me. I believe in myself and I found a bank that I will bank with for the rest of my life! I love and respect you Southside Bank! Thank You! ~Wil

What has happened to customer service in Chase banks? They always seem to have a guy greeting you, but he can't do anything so why bother! Get him to be a notary at least... how hard is that? I was turned away because nobody could help me. Really? ~Pam
