The remodel is nice for the workers but less seating for the customers. The new outside chairs looked so comfy tho. Busy but still hot my drinks and hot foods in a timely manner. ~Sue

Great prices on goods. Workers are always friendly and willing to help when they can. I've found so many useful things Ive needed. Especially medical equipment. Walkers, wheelchairs, crutches, sporting equipment. Of course everything is used but nothing a little TLC won't fix. Lots of furniture too. End tables, chairs, sofas. Just clean them up a bit and they should work just fine. ~Chuck

Joseph Rosas - General Manager/Owner has a lot to learn about Customer Service. Very unfriendly and overall rude attitude. This represents poor leadership and ultimately trickles down to affect staff behaviors and the overall general experience of using this business. Would not recommend this location. I have been a business owner for 20 years and pride my self on maintaining a great attitude and cordial friendly service with all clients under any circumstances. I demand nothing less than the same out of all of our staff. U-Haul Moving & Storage at Morgan Blvd. (About 10 minutes away) is an apples and oranges scenario to H-Haul Moving & Storage at Ed Carey.
