Best pharmacy in Hurst, Texas (TX) 2024

I find it very disturbing that a big company like Walgreens would allow their air conditioner to be out for the past two weeks. Its summer time with temperatures close to a 100 outside, and the temperature inside the store is even hotter and humid. Who wants to shop and feel like you're in a sauna. Heat also attracts germs and viruses. What I find extremely unbelievable is they actually expect and force their employees to work in that heat. If you don't care about your employees, you surely don't care about your customer. An employee is a potential customer and it looks very bad. So it's all about greed and making money. I'm surprised nobody has fainted or had an asthma attack. ~DianeDiane

These people are rude, slow and the line is always long. They don’t care that you are in pain trying to get back home. Never fully staffed just one female at the front with an attitude. This is a public service and they have attitudes. Come on, they need to change out the entire team. I think I need to switch over to cvs or Walgreens frfr. ~Lonnisha

Quite simply the best pharmacy in the state of Texas. Personable staff that goes out of their way to help customers navigate insurance, co-payments, and they will even deliver or ship your prescriptions to your home. The pharmacists are both knowledgeable, and helpful without placing pharmacy techs between them and customers. I appreciate a pharmacist that is available to answer questions by phone, or in person without wait, or the usual surly look found on the faces of big chain pharmacists. Shop local, support local businesses. This local business is worth a few extra miles, or dollars. ~Ross
