Best gym in Lancaster, Texas (TX) 2024

I never thought that I would enjoy putting myself through the pain of working out. Well not enjoy exactly. I was only going for the 16 weeks program. But I ACTUALLY like it. The staff are NOT a joke. They push me, but it's the push that takes me out of my comfort zone. I mean CLEARLY that's why I need to work out in the first place. They are the reason I walk into the gym smiling but leave sweaty and in pain. But working on ME for ME for a change just feels good. And a bonus is getting to meet some great people in the process.
