5 Best pharmacy in Lubbock, Texas (TX) 2024

Super friendly staff, they have very knowledgeable pharmacist that are non judgemental about simple questions. Place has a wide range of over the counter drugs including CBD oil. They are also the cheapest pharmacy and accept a lot of different insurances and good Rx. ~Tyler

No need for the big chain store pharmacies. Highland Pharmacy is a much more pleasant experience! It has the warmth and friendliness of a small town mom & pop store, yet their prices & quick service still beat their larger competitors! The Highland pharmacists are so personable and always eager to answer any questions so that you understand your medication. They take their time and care about you, the patient. ~JP

I came in 3 time practically dying and they told me all 3 times my prescription wasn’t there, it was at the INE down the street, but that bit of info came after 4 hours…. So frustrating the lack of going one step farther to help a customer is apart ~nicholas

It's like any other pharmacy. You go to a doctor for a ingrown toenail infection, they call it in. You wait til they fill it. You stand in line to pick it up as some annoying lady on her phone and pushing a cart runs over your toe. You try to not scream but inside your head is every cuss word anyone has ever thought of. I hate that lady. ~Bat

Purvi (Pharmacists) and Maria (Tech) were so helpful today!! My rx had been transferred to this pharmacy, but the insurance info had not and I didn't have proof of the insurance. Purvi offered to talk to another pharmacy I use to obtain the info. Then when the rx wasn't covered by insurance Purvi looked for other money saving options and in the end saved almost 60%. Maria offered quick service with a kind smile. These ladies were blessings today and grateful for their kindness and patience. ~Skipper
