Best bank in McAllen, Texas (TX) 2024

First time in the USA and all my money gets taken by the ATM... Luckily I had some pesos to sell otherwise I'd be on the street tonight. I'll try fix this tomorrow, if I'm successful I'll change my rating. ~Erik

By far the WORST bank, please do not use BBVA. I have been banking here for 8 months and have yet to receive a debit card despite having had SIX DIFFERENT customer service representatives (3 from this location) telling me it’s been reordered or it’s on its way (I have waited at least 3 weeks each time before calling although they said 5-7 business days) I have never been the type of person to be so upset at a situation like this as I work in customer service and I know things happen but EIGHT MONTHS?? no. no excuses. ~Madison
