Pulled a shoe out of the women’s section to get my size to try on. Asked the woman behind the counter if they had my size and she raised her voice at me saying I was holding a mens shoe (it said womens on the bottom of shoe). You would have thought I had insulted her by asking if they had my size. The rest of the employees behind counter just stared at me. This team should not work with the public. ~Angel

Horrible service! The tech ladies in the back help with nothing and give you a snarky attitude when you do ask. My husband and I waited 2 weeks for my daughters carbamazepine to come in and yet they say it’s not ready when they sent me a ready confirmation text message. After waiting 30 minutes in the very long line I get to the front just to find out that it is not ready and had to wait another 45 minutes!!! Not only that, they tried to charge me $98 for it when I repeatedly told them they had to combine both of my insurances for it to be a $0 copay. A few months ago they had better employees. They helped me with my insurance issues, and filled it right away. I NEVER ran into these problems until they got rid of the old techs and hired new ones. Walgreens used to be the best pharmacy out here but now everyone is new and running around with no sense whatsoever. ~Paula

The lady pharmacist is very rude. When asking for information about prescription availability, she said if I want an answer, I have to go to the store to find out. I explained to her that I am working and can not go to the store to ask the same question in person. She said that she did not have time to look for my life saving medication. I do not recommend this pharmacy for any reason. ~Joshua
