Love this store. Pharmacy is great. Employees are very nice, and helpful. Store is neat and you can find what you're looking for with no problem.

I live in orange but was spending the day in Nederland helping my mom paint so I went to this walgreen's to try and fill my prescription. Apparently I was a day early and since I was from orange the girls in the pharmacy made me feel like I was trying to do something wrong by trying to fill my script in Nederland. I was just trying to get it done so I didn't have to get out in the bad weather the next day with my special needs child. The are very judgmental and kinda rude!! They even put a sticker on my script saying pretty much do not fill today. I was very offended! like they thought I was gonna go look for other places to fill my script. I will NEVER go to that walgreen's again! Beware u will be judge by the people in the pharmacy apparently if ur not from Nederland or get the day wrong on when ur script should be filled. Shame on them for making me feel that way!!!!

This pharmacy was horrible!! Very judgmental and I left there feeling like I was doing sumthing wrong by trying to fill my script in Nederland when I live in orange!!! Will NEVER go to this Walgreens again. I will stay in orange where the people in the pharmacy know me by name and are very kind!

I asked for the free N95 masks. The clerk directed me to a table that had many on it, thus I was free to take as many as I pleased. Bravo!

Horrible service! The tech ladies in the back help with nothing and give you a snarky attitude when you do ask. My husband and I waited 2 weeks for my daughters carbamazepine to come in and yet they say it’s not ready when they sent me a ready confirmation text message. After waiting 30 minutes in the very long line I get to the front just to find out that it is not ready and had to wait another 45 minutes!!! Not only that, they tried to charge me $98 for it when I repeatedly told them they had to combine both of my insurances for it to be a $0 copay. A few months ago they had better employees. They helped me with my insurance issues, and filled it right away. I NEVER ran into these problems until they got rid of the old techs and hired new ones. Walgreens used to be the best pharmacy out here but now everyone is new and running around with no sense whatsoever.

Pharmacy line stays forever long. I got in the drive through line today and waited about 20 minutes or so, only to have an employee knock on my window and say they’re closing the drive through and I have to go inside. Once inside I realized people being tested for covid are also standing all around us. What the hell Walgreen’s. I use the drive through to avoid that. 10/10 do not recommend ever using them.

This location is extremely busy all hours of the day, rather its drive through or inside, in paying attention today, the drive through line didn't move for about twenty minutes and that's both lanes. This isn't good customer service and not knowing what illnesses people have trying to wait on meds may cause worse symptoms even run their blood pressure up for waiting so long. Management should really start managing better service.

They have 2 lanes open. The lane at the window is for " covid testing only"! They have a big green poster in the window that says covid testing only. You only see this sign when you've waited in line, and finally made it to the window. They don't serve you for any medication pick ups in this line. I've been waiting for 10 minutes, not 1 car went through that didn't have to drive right off. No one has came and gotten a covid test in the past 10 minutes, & the only line for medication pickup is to the street. Not 1 car in line for covid testing. This is horrible

Absolutely horrible customer service!!! I have NEVER experienced anyone so rude in retail. The instant I was called up to the pharmacy counter, the woman let me know she had no time for my question. "I can't both fill your prescription and answer a question, so your question will have to wait." Then she comes back and tells me to now ask my question, but interrupts me multiple times, because she thought she knew what I was going to say, which she DID NOT! Her attitude got even worse when I asked if she was going to allow me to finish my question or if she would be doing all the talking. Absolutely rude!!!
