my prescription spilled onto my floor by accident. after 15 minutes on hold, I was told to “just dust it off,” use it, & “make sure to not leave it there because it’s a controlled substance.” I felt like a kid being disciplined, and the entire call was pretty hurtful.

I would not recommend going here if I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would the pharmacist William is very rude and he also hung up in my face if you don’t like your job you should of Chose a different kind of Career Don’t be rude or have an attitude with me because you hate your job it sounded like he didn’t even care before I started talking maybe he needs to pick a different job where he is a little happier and talk to people a little nicer he picked his job and career not me

Extremely poor customer service in the pharmacy department. There is always a wait, they tell you your prescription is ready but it’s never ready. Rather they apologizing trying to show empathy to customers the staff are rude and attempt to complain to the customer regarding the pharmacy’s inaccuracies or lack of staff competency

I have been so patient with this cvs location. I have been coming here 6 years and it's nothing but the same thing and they are very rude when they make mistakes. I don't like to be talked over while I'm explaining the situation with one of the clerks at the pharmacy . That's when she was rude with a bad tone and interrupted me for my DOB. I then tried to ask her does this mess up the quantity of refills she hung up on me. My frustration continues to build and my doctor submits my orders there. I'm done with my orders once refills are up.I will never use cvs again because of the rude service here.

CVS in Mid County are all stars! They went above and beyond. When everyone else was out of Tamiflu, they had my prescription transferred from Walgreens to their store for my baby.

Pharmacist on that night acted like I was bothering him at 3 am he was only one in there so was I nobody at drive thru either. It was completely dead. Nikki is the best pharmacist ever. She goes above and beyond to help and is always polite and friendly and will tell you alternative ways you can get help. Majority of people in that department play busy not to help at all.

Horrible service. I have Covid and doctor called in the script early this morning and cvs emailed they had gotten the scripts. At 3:30 it still showed not filled. I called and was on hold for 1 hour and they never answered the phone. I drove over and waited in the drive through line for an hour and they told me they were still not filled and to go back in the drive through line and it would be another hour. I am moving all my business to a different pharmacy. Horrible service

After waiting in line for more than an hour and seeing my medication in a bag, they tell me I have to wait another 45 mins for my prescription. I come back the next day and it's the wrong amount for the wrong price. They will not answer their phone and they ignore you to your face too. This is beyond reprehensible. I've been on hold for an hour now at 10pm. Atrocious

It's always something with this place, my doctor sends over refills for my prescription but I have to end up calling my doctor to get them to send over an order to refill my prescription because cvs never has the refill, God forbid you call this place, it takes 45 to an hour to get someone to answer and then they answer and immediately hang up! The drive thru is the slowest I've ever seen in my life. 30+ minute wait and not one car moves. If I could give this place a zero star rating or negative I would!

Worst pharmacy imaginable. They won't call you back, they wont do what they say would do. They won't transfer my scripts... All it takes is a phone call. If my insurance didn't want to use them I would never go back.
