Extremely poor customer service in the pharmacy department. There is always a wait, they tell you your prescription is ready but it’s never ready. Rather they apologizing trying to show empathy to customers the staff are rude and attempt to complain to the customer regarding the pharmacy’s inaccuracies or lack of staff competency ~Christina

Slightly overpriced gas, but that's what you pay for branded quality fuel. SUPER convenient location. Great for a quick run to grab something you forgot from the store. Also has a washateria. Overall, super convenient store with many services. ~Shanil

I Have taken our vehicles here several times. Jimmy has always helped me out and Always fixed the problem and in a timely manner. Great shop and excellent customer service. Will continue to keep taking my vehicles to Jimmy's. Always does great work. ~Matt

Moved out here from out of state went there all the time to get money orders for down payments on my apartment and bills. But out of nowhere was told they could not give me one because it was over 500 and without a card with a name on it they cannot do it. I told her we just moved here so we are getting one sent to us in the mail but they have always let us use the card we had till then. So I asked to make 2 money orders and just pay them separately so it's not over 500 first she said it was ok then told me she did not want to anymore knowing I only about 30min to get my rent to my landlord. But lucky for me my landlord was understanding and stayed a bit later and I had another western union location do it for me. Never coming here again,but the grocery staff has always been helpful and nice but that grumpy looking girl at the booth should learn a few things from her coworkers on customer service. ~Jessica

Very non-accommodating service from this branch. I've been a customer for 18 years and this branch would not take a deposit because they said it was against banking rules the way the check was addressed. I am the sole owner of my business and she advised me to scratch out my account numbers off the back of check and take my deposit to a competitor bank that I also deal with, I looked at her like she was crazy and told her no I don't have to do that. I went down the street to another Prosperity Bank 5 miles further and I was able to deposit the check made out to me with no problem. I'm a very dissatisfied customer with this branch. The manager at this branch made me feel like I wasn't trustworthy. I would recommend going to the Groves Branch not this branch. Not only the tellers rude but the manager is also rude. ~Georgette

Alternator for high performance audio system. Went through js alternators and killed their alternator. Got referred here by unique audio and they sold me the best alternator I've had and I've had 5. And I've used their's for over a year now no problems. ~John
