Mine was great. Fixed ac, harmonic balancer and belt while I waited 3 hours. .BUT kept my son's truck for a week trying to fix his ac. Finally did by doing what he told them what was wrong when he brought it in. And I had to let my son use my car for the week. Too slow

Since Jimmy's son took over this place he over charges. He told my wife his standard rate is 105 per hour of course he told her after she took the truck to him. He had my wife's truck for 6 hours to replace an exterior door handle! Slow over priced and was told the truck is ready but haven't done the invoice and I need to go to lunch. Go some where else folks this place ain't it since Jimmy the 3rd took over. Shame this used to be a place I could trust would take care of my family's vehicles as I work long hours and his dad was always honest with pricing. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have never felt so taken advantage of I've learned my lesson. Highly overcharged me to replace exterior door on my suv. This was an honest business when Jimmy Sr was running it. Now it appears his son is running it. I had been calling for a week trying to get my truck in he would put me on hold and then tell me he would call me back and never would. I thought Jimmy Sr was still in charge and he has been great which is why I overlooked the red flags that this business is no longer what it was. I was charged $202.00 to replace exterior door handle and to confirm a valve cover leak. My husband has replaced the door handle before and it took him under 15 minutes I regret not having him do it! He initially told me he would call me with prices on the door handle which I saw on amazon ranged from 20 to 60. He never put the price of the door handle and claims it was 56, even if it was that is 146 of labor he is charging. I was loyal to this business and I hope over charging me was worth losing my business. DO NOT come here and let this happen to you! Sometimes the apple does fall far from the tree I know he didn't learn this from his father!!! Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Once you bring your car here,you’ll most definitely will have to bring it back for something that has nothing to do with the initial issue!! I’ve brought 2 vehicles there and Jimmys messed both of them up!! Safe to say that I won’t be back! They hire young guys that doesn’t know what they’re doing!
