Thoroughly disappointing experience. Ordered ammunition online on April 12. Never received a confirmation email or tracking number, so I contacted customer service on the 14th asking about order. "Oscar" replied from his iPhone that night saying that the ammo was in stock and that he would ship it the next morning. Four days go by without anything else, so I emailed asking about getting a tracking number, but I never got an email back. Two more days went by and I sent another email inquiry to which I got no response. Tried emailing from a different email address on 4/21, but again no response.
I checked my bank account tonight (4/28) and I see that a refund is at least processing, but with no email, call or explanation from Endzone Firearms. It took 16 days for them to figure out that they couldn't fill my order? What a joke!
Don't give these guys your business, and don't believe that they have anything in stock. ~Zeb
