Terrible customer service. Signs on building and the websites states 7 am opening. I’m waiting in line with 7 other people. At 7:10 I call and can hear the phone inside ringing. No one answers so it goes to voice mail. Voice mail says they open at 8!!!!! They finally open at 7:15. 👎 I guy in line with me states they do this every time 👎👎👎👎 This is the Poteet location ~Jaime

The post office its self is great! Always friendly and gets my packages out very quickly and I have packages that go out almost daily. The house delivery is another story. We never had any issues until about a year or so ago. The person doing our route now, I think is either drunk or on drugs. We recently had them on camera peeling out and doing 360's at our mail box. No wonder the mail vehicle looks all wrecked! ~Ginger

Thoroughly disappointing experience. Ordered ammunition online on April 12. Never received a confirmation email or tracking number, so I contacted customer service on the 14th asking about order. "Oscar" replied from his iPhone that night saying that the ammo was in stock and that he would ship it the next morning. Four days go by without anything else, so I emailed asking about getting a tracking number, but I never got an email back. Two more days went by and I sent another email inquiry to which I got no response. Tried emailing from a different email address on 4/21, but again no response. I checked my bank account tonight (4/28) and I see that a refund is at least processing, but with no email, call or explanation from Endzone Firearms. It took 16 days for them to figure out that they couldn't fill my order? What a joke! Don't give these guys your business, and don't believe that they have anything in stock. ~Zeb
