Some of the best food in the Round Top area, very nice to have a brunch spot with a buffet (where everything offerred is truly excellent). Beet salad is wonderful, quiche, enchiladas, salad is divine. On the dinner menu, everything is superb. Because of it's location, still fits the vibe of peak RT snobbery so all the tourists will feel right at home...but unlike some overpriced venues in town, this is actually worth the trip. Owners are lovely and the menu is evolving which is the only place in town to keep things fresh and new. Would give it 10 stars if I could. ~Jessi

We were in Round Top on Monday exploring the small little town. We didn’t realize that hardly anything is open on Mondays and Tuesdays! Teague’s was one of the only places open at all for dinner and it was still daylight, so early dinner at that. We had the salmon & chicken fried steak. Both were prepared well and it was a nice meal. The outdoor deck is so nice to sit on and enjoy the sunset & drinks. I will say we did probably have to wait over an hour for our food but there was only ONE guy there doing EVERYTHING! I felt bad for him and he was upfront telling us it would be a bit of a wait. ~Jackie
