Saw the reviews and was concerned, which turned out to be needless. My package return was handled efficiently, the young lady was courteous, and I was acknowledged when I arrived. I didn't have tape to close up a package and she took care of that. Looking at the reviews, I'm gonna say there's probably a lot of entitled customers because this is next to a college. Pretty sure you can figure that one out. ~J
