In late December 2021 I had the best ever customer experience with Uhaul ever, which was particularly impressive because Move It Storage is not corporate owned but just an authorized neighborhood dealer whose direct benefit from Uhaul is actually quite small. Sophia was my sole point of contact throughout the entire transaction which began with a proactive phone call when the original location on my rental contract could not get the truck I reserved and the contract was transferred to Move-it . When I made Sophia aware that I had also contracted for blankets, furniture dolly and materials (that they don't usually stock alot of because its the center of their business model), she sprung into action and had everything I needed less than 48 hours later when I went to pick the truck and start my rental. The following morning I received a call from Sophia about a personal item she had found that I had accidentally left at the end of the counter and I hadn't even discovered was missing; leaving this item behind would have been a catastrophe and I cannot tell you how much time, effort and frustration Sophia saved me by being such an honest, forthright and customer-oriented professional. Judging by superb customer service and assistance Sophia delivered without blinking an eye, I have no doubt that Move-it's storage business is also top-notch and in good hands. If you have questions, need storage assistance or are trying to solve a related problem, do not hesitate to call Move-it and ask for Sophia -- she is a breath of fresh air in a business that I am sure many people paint unfairly with a broad brush after one visit at an average storage place that failed to meet their expectations.
