Sophia was my sole point of contact throughout the entire transaction which began with a proactive phone call when the original location on my rental contract could not get the truck I reserved and the contract was transferred to Move-it . The following morning I received a call from Sophia about a personal item she had found that I had accidentally left at the end of the counter and I hadn't even discovered was missing; leaving this item behind would have been a catastrophe and I cannot tell you how much time, effort and frustration Sophia saved me by being such an honest, forthright and customer-oriented professional. Judging by superb customer service and assistance Sophia delivered without blinking an eye, I have no doubt that Move-it's storage business is also top-notch and in good hands.
