A great experience. Don’t judge their service by the street view. We barely made it to Shamrock on battery power after our alternator quit working on I-40 40 miles west of Shamrock one hot August afternoon. Butch and Steven started working on our car right away, quickly ordered a new alternator, drove us to and picked us up from our hotel; our car was repaired and ready for us to continue our trip by noon the next day. Family business. Fair price. Great people. Great service. ~Ellen

Really considerate people, Misty was extremely kind and even offered to let us know when our burritos were ready so we could sit in our car while waiting! Super helpful considering I have anxiety, one of my favorite places to stop as a storm chaser when I need a pick me up and good company, Misty got me covered for my storm stop! ~Eli

The store is always super clean and the employees are super friendly the prices are way too high though more on the grocery side than the Ace hardware side. ~jackie
