A great experience. Don’t judge their service by the street view. We barely made it to Shamrock on battery power after our alternator quit working on I-40 40 miles west of Shamrock one hot August afternoon. Butch and Steven started working on our car right away, quickly ordered a new alternator, drove us to and picked us up from our hotel; our car was repaired and ready for us to continue our trip by noon the next day.
