I was referred from another JL site in Tomball because the mechanic and the whole crew there all quit 🤔 (they were a very great team) all at the same time. 2920 site took a near 45 minutes for the two man crew to make a final decision to the knocking noise.. due to many assumptions being made, it was narrowed down to another brake change. "ALWAYS ASK QUESTIONS AS TO WHY THE REASON IS BEING IDENTIFIED. I went to purchase the front rotary and brake pads from Auto Zone. Work began at 12:45pm... I'll have an update. Mask are not enforced but the sanitizer is available by choice of use. Some customers practiced safe distancing and some wore mask.
