Best personal trainer in Spring, Texas (TX) 2024

I have been at Overtake for almost a year now…. Matt, Alex and their other trainers are best in class at what they do. I’m not speaking of the facilities, scheduling or routines (which are also great)… I’m speaking directly about their coaching. That’s the value I am paying for, and that is what drives me to show up everyday. They challenge me, but not at the expense of good form and technique… that always comes first. Their focus on form and proper weight is what I attribute to my strength gains, while also maintaining a healthy body. On top of that, the gym is full of fun members… that push each other in a family-like (but competitive) environment. If you are a beginner or top of your class, this gym offers something for you. ~Jason
