Curbside pickup. When I arrived home, I come to find out that the pizza is burned. I understand that mistakes happen, but when they see that the pizza is burned they should not box it and let the client take it home. Unacceptable. And to top it off, they put the wrong toppings on the pizza that I ordered. Looking at all the negative reviews, there is definitely a fundamental issue at this location that is yet to be resolved. This was not just an isolated mistake. Marco's pizza down the street on Cypresswood is significantly better. I've never had this type of negative experience there. Quality, timing, freshness, accuracy of my orders has always been on point. ~Rolando
