Both stores in Texas City are horrible. They have extremely rude employees who have given me wrong information on numerous occasions. Last time I tried to upgrade my phone and add hotspot both stores were so rude I decided to end my service with cricket completely. I asked for a General Manager to speak to and neither store would give me the information. I needed to contact him/her. ~Krista

Literally can't even get mobile data service outside of or inside their store 😒😂 Biggest joke of a company I've seen, can't even get music to play on pandora or YouTube music without it pausing every 3 songs because it can't load anything further. They'll also sell you a $6 Amazon phone case for $25, so watch out for that. The younger sales guy is cool as hell though, after he got our sale of course. But he's alright, I get that it's his job. ~Ashleigh

Ad said 2 for $5 any single 12oz. Cashier charge full price and was hesitant to give me the receipt. I asked for the receipt and found that I was charged full price. I questioned it and was told it was only for "certain colors (flavors)," so I said I would like to return it because it wasn't as advertised. She refused because I paid with my card. Check the price with the cashier before you pay. Don't trust the advertisement they post. I will be reporting this matter to all the proper agencies. ~Anhquoc

Cleanest bathrooms I’ve ever seen in a gas station. The coffee station had full-size creamers which was insanity! They had everything you could want in a food court. It boasted over 40 pumps and there wasn’t a line at any! I would recommend stopping even if it is a mile or 3 out of your way. It’s worth seeing, just to see! ~Rachel

Wow! Breakfast and lunch tacos made to order, they throw the tortillas on the grill and you choose your filling. Husband has been raving so I finally tried one. The Barbacoa was excellent and not greasy at all. Highly recommend! Plus they have Icees! ~Elisa

They have hella cheap air bars and stuff, love them cheap prices and nice af ~Deadlyaak
