Both stores in Texas City are horrible. They have extremely rude employees who have given me wrong information on numerous occasions. Last time I tried to upgrade my phone and add hotspot both stores were so rude I decided to end my service with cricket completely. I asked for a General Manager to speak to and neither store would give me the information. I needed to contact him/her.
