I hate to even be writing this review....I’ve been going to this salon for 10 years. Most of the time I saw Kelly, other times I was with Elyssa. Both did outstanding jobs and are very talented in their field. I recently moved to Florida and after having taken a few months to get settled, I so desperately need to get my color done. I called today to get the formula so I could bring it to a salon down here to have them match it as best they can. Was told by Fernando that it’s their policy they don’t give formulas over the phone. Both Kelly and Elyssa knew for the last year + that I was moving to Florida and not once did they tell me to get my color formula before I left. I absolutely would understand if I was still local, Fernando doesn’t want me to bring it to a competitor, but I’m like 1,400 miles away and it’s impossible for me to come in person to get it. Just doesn’t seem right! Advice to all, if you like the color they do for you, get the formula in person the day of! This is not a way to treat a long time loyal customer! Thanks for showing appreciation for my business for the last 10 years, Fernando!

I’ve been coming to Fernandos since he first opened and couldn’t be happier to have found him! The salon is in a smaller space, which only makes the experience all that more intimate and relaxing. The team here is so incredibly talented, friendly and knowledgeable ~ you can tell each stylist is well trained/continues to keep up to date with the latest trends/techniques. I’ve had appointments with Fernando, Kelly, and Elissa and love the way my hair has looked after every single appointment. Kelly has transformed me from a natural brunette into a incredibly natural looking redhead, people that didn’t know me pre-red believe this beautiful fierce shade is what I was born with (I wish!!) I’ve never had so many compliments from strangers in public on my hair before. Unfortunately, Kelly has recently left to travel (will miss her magic!) but am confident I’ll be in good hands to continue what Kelly started, after all redheads have more fun! Highly suggest visiting, you’ll thank me after!!

I called this salon desperate for somebody to fix what a school beauty salon had done to my hair. I was soooo lucky that the only hair dresser available that morning was Thiago Angelo. He is absolutely amazing! he looked at my hair and knew exactly what needed to be done. I showed him a picture of what I wanted, but I knew my hair could not handle anymore chemicals. Thiago not only saved my hair, but made it look just the way I wanted! He made sure to use the right products with no harsh chemicals, and even gave me an Olaplex treatment to help the hair recover. Thiago is simply the best master stylist I have ever met, I highly recommend him!!!!
