Poor customer service those people are very aggressive they want you order to fast and they get mad easy , they need to be more friendly , coffee was cold when I ordered a hot coffee

I visit here almost daily. My food is always ready to go. The staff are always helpful with questions regarding new flavors. No bad coffee or creamer yet and I've been going for about 3 months.

I just paid $10 for a dozen donuts that were not fresh, I guess there's always a first. Extremely difficult to understand clerk with a very heavy Indian accent, accompanied with the perfume of Curry. A second chance is definitely out of the question. Dunkin' donuts, you need to supervise your servants.

Very rude customer service I've never been to a dunkin donuts where the drive thru worker literally through my bag with sandwiches in it at me. She's lucky I was with my mother cause I would have thrown bag back at her. I will never go to this dunkin again. If you hate your job don't work there horrible customer service an very bad work environment..

It's very clean. The indoor and outdoor seating areas are designed for maximum comfort and accessibility. The staff were very polite and efficient. They serve ice cream in a cone, too!
