Counter clerks are nice. But they don't know how to put mail in a PO Box, at all. They constantly overfill them so the key doesn't work because the lock is jammed from the inside. Then once you finally wrestle it open, you'll be lucky if they didn't break your lock, like they did to ours. They also have terrible customer service scheduling. They have a line out the door, and one person at the counter. I had to drop off two prepaid packages and buy a roll of stamps, and then just as it was my turn, they called up someone behind me in line who didn't have their package ready, to go in front of me. Makes sense. ~Christina

My mom and I have gone here for years. It’s the best pedicure around. They always massage you for 10-15 minutes and do such a good job! Every friend I’ve brought here has loved it and become a customer. Jenny and her team take such good care of you and make you feel like family. I've been coming to this store for years , also giving my black lab a bath there during the winter!! The owner is a young man who seems to be compassionate and passionate about animals!! They offer very healthy treats and food for both dogs and cats!! Also toys, collars etc. Worth stopping in for sure!! You can also earn pts!!! ~Nancy

We needed playground wood chips for our back yard. Called Sam White & Sons in Medfield and were able to schedule a delivery within a few days. I ordered 5 yards and that was a bit too much (the guy on the phone estimated 10-14 yards, that would be enough for a whole school playground...) The truck driver was excellent, managed to maneuver the truck thru our driveway (somewhat narrow with overhanging tree limbs) into our back yard. He was professional, kind and friendly. We bought what they call "certified playground wood chips", but I was disappointed because a lot of it is thin sawdust, the fine fibers get into your nose and throat even when the material is wet, you need to wear a mask when spreading it around. I doubt it will last more than a couple of years. My advice is to order the coarse wood chips, I think that's the stuff you see at school playgrounds, larger chips, less fine dust. Overall- they grossly overestimated the quantity we needed, and the material they recommended was not the best for our needs. But still- great service, fair prices, recommended! ~Doron

I cannot say enough positive things about how Randy’s helped me with my car. I blew out a tire from a terrible pot hole on Rt. 109. I had my car towed to Randy’s and I’m so glad I did. They went above and beyond to problem solve the missing wheel lock for my BMW tires. They made many many phone calls to get a new wheel lock delivered to their station so that they could do the work necessary and quickly as I needed my car back within 24 hrs. They did an amazing job. And my car is driving even better than it was before the service. I highly recommend Randy’s. They are so customer-focused and go above and beyond, which is rare in their industry. Thank you Randy’s!
