Best post office in Medfield, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

Counter clerks are nice. But they don't know how to put mail in a PO Box, at all. They constantly overfill them so the key doesn't work because the lock is jammed from the inside. Then once you finally wrestle it open, you'll be lucky if they didn't break your lock, like they did to ours. They also have terrible customer service scheduling. They have a line out the door, and one person at the counter. I had to drop off two prepaid packages and buy a roll of stamps, and then just as it was my turn, they called up someone behind me in line who didn't have their package ready, to go in front of me. Makes sense. ~Christina
