5 Best clothing store in Tyler, Texas (TX) 2024

Workers are not polite very rude and need to be fired sorry azz people ~latonia

I was very, very surprised I was in and out in less than 3 minutes a lot of times the lines are very long and the lines move very slow with one cashier. ~delois

Today I went in to get a few things and had the worst experience with this store. Let me first say I have gone here since 2017 for odd and ends groceries. I didn't get her name because I was so frustrated, but as I was checking out, I decided to make small talk about Diana Holmes. She is a local that had a house fire recently and the Chapel Hill fire department is having a findraiser for. The Family Dollar had advertisements about this taped to the checkout counter. 8×11 page. Once I said how sad it was about Diana's house fire, she didnt say a word and looked at me as if I was speaking another language. Then I repeated how sad it was about the fire I pointed at the advertisement, she still didnt say a word threw her hand up like "Who cares?" I hope this rep gets what she deserves because she was rude, disrespectful, and obviously does not care about others or have any remorse. I will not be returning to this store. ~Joden

What do y'all pay your employees that stand around visiting, when the store is busy as all get out, and all of your self-check out lines are only accepting cards and no cash? I was just stuck in one of only two open check out lanes for 20 minutes while frustrated rude people were greeted with a positive and polite cashier. The next open lane by the tobacco lane was being run by the most optimistic young man who was doing his job steadily while carrying on conversations trying to ease impatient customers. I applaud him and only him, i hate that i didn't catch his name, give the boy a raise, but whoever was working the register at 8:34 pm did a wonderful job and probably saved y'all from customers going ballistic. All the while there were clusters of employees having a good ol time, getting paid for nothing but standing around laughing and chatting, when they could have been trying to open the closed lanes or they could have sought out someone who could. ~Miguel

This place always have some nice clothes! The employees are always nice and helpful too. Will return to shop there! ~Tiffany
