Baskin-Robbins

Placed an order for a father's day cake days in advance and paid for it. Go to pick it up and am informed that they sold the cake to someone else. The cake I was offered instead looked like a baby boy cake - light blue with while polka dots and it was white cake/ice cream. I had special ordered mine to look like a grill with chocolate cake/strawberry cheesecake ice cream. On top of that, the cake they offered me had someone else's name on it! I will be calling corporat office tomorrow. They barely even said sorry. Ridiculous. ~Courtney
