UPDATE * I made another appointment time t with Lulu after reading her response To my review and realizing it was all a big misunderstanding so I decided to try her again and made an appointment. She touched up my roots and gave me a wonderful haircut! We were able to talk and she explained what happened last time. I drove 30 miles to give her a 2nd chance since we moved since my last haircut and I will be returning! ~Sandy
