I brought my teenage daughter in for a (desperately needed) haircut after she'd developed anxiety about having her haircut because of a breakdown in communication with stylists at other salons. Kelly did a great job making her feel at ease and checking in with her every step of the way. My teenager was smiling and enjoying herself the whole time and left with exactly the hairstyle she wanted. She's able to walk around high school confidently with a great style and healthy hair.
