First of all, i am an old man and clearly over 21. Purchased groceries the other day. Cashier wouldnt sell me a six pack of adult beverages because my drivers license had expired by a few days. I told the cashier that it is a license to drive not a license to purchase beverages (It is still a valid government issued ID with my birthday on it). Didnt matter. She asked if i had any other government issued ID. I showed her my Utah issued Conceal Carry License which is clearly government issued (and requires you to be >21 + also pass several tests and verifications, fingerprinting etc). She made a remark about how that doesnt count and that i better not try and show her a library card either because anyone can get one. The beverages were not purchased that day. A bit sanctimonious and embaressing to be treated that way. I think ill make a point to buy groceries elsewhere. ~Colton
