The management here is the worst and very unhelpful. I did a simple warranty exchange from the American Fork store and had the phone shipped to this store because it was closer to me. I went in to make the swap and the manager would not make the exchange because according to her, it didn't fall under the warranty guidelines. Well it does and I will never go back to that location. Always go the the American Fork location they are the best. They are sending me the new phone to my house so I don't have to deal with the eagle mountain store again. It was just the whole attitude of the manager at the eagle Mountain store that just rubbed me wrong. She was very unhelpful and didn't care what I had to say. ~Mike

Great place for shakes. Their food is good. For the kids meals they put some adult toppings like mayonnaise and lettuce, but they have always been great to leave these off for my kids. They still have real toys in the kids meals most of the time. My daughter still has her easter bunny stuffy. I am also amazed at their courtesy cones. Free cones for the kids. Small, but the perfect size for little ones. ~Robert
