There was an individual a few days ago when I came in and I had some questions about trade ins and was about to get started but he was questioning me telling him about a decent credit score at my age and then continued to pull out a flash light when looking at my id and taking over 5 minutes just to realize it wasn’t fake and then asked why I chose the password I did when he asked what my password should be and it made me extremely uncomfortable.was about to switch but not anymore

I have had T Mobile for around 7 years. I have several phones and watches and have had to visit a store on multiple occasions. I found this location about a year ago and it is the only store I will go to. Everyone I have ever dealt with has been AMAZING! I have had to go there twice in the last month. First my phone and watch were not getting along. I went in frustrated and walked out extremely happy. They also put my business number and primary number on one phone! Game changer! I went in today to upgrade a phone it was quick and easy. There were 3 employees there and were all very helpful and knowledgeable. I will be returning soon for another upgrade and I know I will get excellent service as always.

The management here is the worst and very unhelpful. I did a simple warranty exchange from the American Fork store and had the phone shipped to this store because it was closer to me. I went in to make the swap and the manager would not make the exchange because according to her, it didn't fall under the warranty guidelines. Well it does and I will never go back to that location. Always go the the American Fork location they are the best. They are sending me the new phone to my house so I don't have to deal with the eagle mountain store again. It was just the whole attitude of the manager at the eagle Mountain store that just rubbed me wrong. She was very unhelpful and didn't care what I had to say.

The guys at this store were amazing to work with. Jared, Ben, and Chris were very friendly and helpful & went above and beyond expectations. They are very knowledgeable. I even ordered them Crumbl cookies because I felt like I was hanging with the gang. I will definitely be back.

Review If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am completely dissapointed in the Saratoga location by the smith supermarket and the way they treated me and my daughter. I came into the store to get my daughter a brand new iPhone . She was very excited and couldn’t wait to get her new phone. Everything in the beginning went well, credit was good, they had the phone in stock, and we were about ready to pull the trigger and get this amazing phone. Then catastrophe struck, I decided to not get accessories for the phone thinking I can get it elsewhere. The sales rep who was working with me decided to lie to me and say they didn’t have the phone In stock, after he has already told me he had it , when I questioned him he decided to come clean and say that the manager did not want to sell me the phone because I had no accessories attached to the new phone. ( in few words if you don’t buy accessories I was told by my manager not to sell you the phone, this is the words he used) I have been a loyal Tmobile customer for 7 years and I have never been treated so poorly. Im furious in the way they handled the situation and that I could not get my daughter who was really excited a brand new phone. I will never ever return to this location, and if that is how they are selling then they should not be open. I hope they terminate both the rep and manager because they are very deceiving and just straight up con artists. I CANT BELIEVE THEY REFUSED TO SELL ME THE PHONE ONLY BECAUSE I DIDNOT BUY ACCESSORIES

The guys at this TMobile store have been SOO HELPFUL each time I’ve had to go in. I’m 72 and am not so tech savvy, so I’ve needed A LOT of help - gotten 3 phones in as many months. I’m not criticizing the other store here in Saratoga Springs, but these guys go way beyond the mark in their service!

This was my third day in a row at this store, as I needed to migrate from Sprint to T-Mobile and upgrade three phones. I cannot say enough good things about Alexa. She was kind, patient, and SO helpful. I felt genuinely heard, and she was willing to experiment with things to get my account exactly as I wanted it. Today, we couldn’t get the phone I wanted and she took the time to call around to stores with me to find one. She cared about me as a customer (and person), not the sale! This woman deserves a raise! Thank you, Alexa!!

Alexa was awesome to work with! She stayed and helped us get phones set up and was super kind to our toddler too. Would definitely recommend working with her if you need to go to T-Mobile.
