Best embroidery shop in West Jordan, Utah (UT) 2024

I couldn't believe how bad the service was I received from Design Ink and their employee Steve. I was referred to Steve by a friend and my initial contact with him started out good. We talked about what I needed, and my deadlines for the work. But eventually I found he was tough to get ahold of. He never gave me a quote for the work I needed, even after I emailed him my designs multiple times. My last communication with Steve was 2 emails, a text message and a voicemail asking him to call me. That communication with him was 15 days ago and I haven't heard a word back. I found another company to do my work, and they were fantastic. I would suggest you also avoid this company and go elsewhere for your design and apparel needs. ~Kenneth
