Best convenience store in West Valley City, Utah (UT) 2024

I am a very loyal Maverick customer. In this particular visit, I filled up my car and then took $20 out of the ATM. Normally, I can approach the register and have the attendant exchange it for $10 and two $5 bills (a pretty simple service for having spent $100 on gasoline and $3.50 at the ATM.) Not only did the cashier require that I purchase something additional, she did it very condescendingly. I understand the rationale behind her asking for this but have we really come to the point where I also need to buy something in the store after gasoline and ATM fees? ~Tyler

I just stooped by 30 minutes ago because I know they are open until 11pm on Sunday. I live around the corner. The door was locked but all the lights were on. I think I saw a girl hiding behind the counter. In the few seconds I was there 3 other cars pulled up and left when they realized the store was closed. It feels like the employee was closing early. I hope they had permission, if not she should be reprimanded b/c she's costing you business. ~Parker

Delicious quick food for very cheap! Tastes homecooked unlike most fast food these days. Good prices and deals on the standard convenience store products. They sell a lot of neat things you can’t find at franchised convenient stores too, like fun super cheap toys and cooking scales. A lot of seedy characters are always outside but staff is tough and kind enough to keep them in check. Would choose here over maverick any day ~aight
