Best shipping and mailing service in Chester, Vermont (VT) 2024

Their customer service has dropped so much that I'm writing my first ever review of anything. I used to strongly defend the team that worked at the post office = understaffed, difficult job but they always managed to have great customer service and knew the community. That is no longer true. Unfortunately there is no alternative for regular mail--such as bills or payments to my business for catering and similar items. Many get "lost" or simply thrown away at the post office. At this point I drive to a neighboring town to send my outgoing mail because I have zero confidence this new postmaster can manage that task. Unfortunately I need to give it one star for the review to post. ~Garrison
